BANGALORE: He has publicly taken up the cause of those who were arrested on terror charges in the city and later freed for want of evidence. Press Council of India chairman Justice Markandey Katju told TOI that writing a letter to the CM is the first step in his fight. "A civilian society must ensure its minorities live with dignity.
